What we offer

Child Bereavement UK provides a wide range of training, consultancy and support services across the UK to help professionals better understand and meet the needs of bereaved children and families. We offer CPD certified training, delivered by skilled facilitators who combine subject knowledge and facilitation expertise with extensive experience of working in their particular field of bereavement. Our training is based on learning from families, is underpinned by relevant theory and evidence-based practice, and acknowledges the importance of appropriate communication and support for future wellbeing.

I've attended many workshops run by Child Bereavement UK over the years and continue to do so, as I learn something new each time. It gives me the opportunity to meet others in my specialist field of work, to share best practice and bring that learning to UHCW for the benefit of patient care and staff education.

-Sam Collinge, Bereavement Support Specialist Midwife, University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW)
