Webinars - FAQs Due to high levels of demand on our Helpline from bereaved families and those supporting them, we would ask that you please avoid using our National Helpline/Live Chat for webinar enquiries. Yes. Unless otherwise indicated, the Bereavement Awareness webinars costs £20 per person for the 90-minute training. As a charity providing bereavement support and training, these webinars were offered free of charge for a limited time during the summer. The course is showing on Zoom as being full. What do I do now? If the course is shown as being “full” we have reached our capacity for attendance. You may like to check alternative times and dates on the site. Some sessions will be repeated if demand is high and an email notification will be sent when the next set of dates are announced. I did not receive a confirmation email when I registered Please check your spam or junk folder. The email will have been sent to the email address you registered with, so please check all in-boxes and that your email address was entered accurately on the registration page. I have lost/deleted my email confirmation, how can I access the webinar? A reminder email will be sent to the registered email addressed one hour before the start of the webinar. This will contain a duplication of your joining instructions. How long is the webinar? The Bereavement Awareness Training webinar takes approximately 1.5 hours, depending on the number of questions asked by delegates. Will I be heard or need to speak during the webinar? No. your audio will be automatically muted, but you will be able to communicate through polls and the Q&A function where you can post questions throughout the webinar. These may be answered with a reply message or discussed verbally by the facilitator. Will I be seen on the screen? No. Your camera will be automatically disabled throughout, so no one will be able to see you. How long does it take to connect to the webinar? This will depend on your computer set up and internet settings, although it can take several minutes to connect to the Zoom platform.
