Delivery, refunds and exchanges

Our order processes have been affected as we follow the Covid-19 government guidelines, but we aim to dispatch goods within seven working days of receiving your order.

A charge for postage and packing is added to your order before checkout, and is calculated by the weight and size of the items ordered.

We operate a 14 days refund and exchange policy. Resources must be sent back within 14 days for a refund (excluding postage & packing). Faulty goods will be exchanged free of charge on receipt of the faulty item at our Child Bereavement UK Head Office:

Purchase Orders

Our online shop is usually the quickest way for you to purchase our resources. However, we can accept purchase order payments for orders of £100 or more, from organisations such as schools, hospitals, bereavement support services or businesses.
