Lady Dashwood started her career as a restorer and gilder in London. She came to live at West Wycombe when she married Sir Edward Dashwood in 1989. They went on to have three wonderful children; Victoria, George and Bertie. Lady Dashwood is also now a very happy Grandmother and enjoys spending time helping to look after her Granddaughter Clara.

Lady Dashwood is involved with various local charities and became interested in Child Bereavement UK when she met the Founder Jenni Thomas in the early 1990s, whom she thought was inspiring.

She hosts Child Bereavement UK's annual Snowdrop Walk at West Wycombe Park at which snowdrops have been planted by families supported by the charity.

Lady Dashwood said:

I think Child Bereavement UK is a great charity which deserves our continuing support.
