We are looking for people to help set up the venue pre-event and support us on the night of each opera. In return for your help, you are welcome to watch the performance for free (Bizet’s Carmen on Saturday 11 September and Mozart’s Don Giovanni on Saturday 18 September?


Thursday 9 & Thursday 16 September 2021, 10am – 3pm. Setting up the venue - cleaning tables, moving chairs, preparing tables, wrapping raffle prizes and other ad-hoc duties.

Saturday 11 & Saturday 18 September 2021, 4pm – 10.30pm. Marshalling the car park, selling raffle tickets, guiding guests to their seats and picnic area and other ad-hoc duties.

Essential Skills Required:

  • A friendly and approachable personality
  • Reliable
  • Confident with basic technology, such as a card machine (training will be provided)
  • Aged over 18 years

Key activities:

  • Cleaning and preparing tables and chairs
  • Selling raffle tickets
  • Carpark marshalling
  • Guiding guests to their seats and picnic area
