An Eastbourne start, up Beachy Head, the magnificent Seven Sisters, and along the South Downs Way, with stunning views over the sea, to a Brighton half-way. Devil’s Dyke, and a few ups and downs lie ahead before historic Arundel comes into view after an amazing 100km journey. You’ll get full support and hospitality all the way – and with half & quarter distance options available – there’s a South Coast Ultra Challenge for everyone! Register for the South Coast Challenge Why Child Bereavement UK? Child Bereavement UK helps families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. We support children and young people (up to the age of 25) when someone important to them has died or is not expected to live, and parents and the wider family when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying. We provide training to professionals in health and social care, education, and the voluntary and corporate sectors, equipping them to provide the best possible care to bereaved families. When you fundraise for us, you’ll receive: a welcome email and fundraising pack a charity t-shirt to wear on the day support to achieve your target from our dedicated team e-newsletters updating you with news from across the charity access to our fundraiser's Facebook group Fundraising options There are three ways to take on the South Coast Challenge: Full sponsorship for charity You pay a low registration fee and have a minimum fundraising target. The charity covers your event place cost. Please select 'Child Bereavement UK' when you complete your registration. *Participants receive a 25% registration fee discount when choosing full sponsorship for Child Bereavement UK. Mixed funding for charity You pay half the registration fee and the charity pays the remainder. You have a smaller minimum fundraising target. When you complete your registration form and choose a charity, please select * OTHER * on the list and then add 'Child Bereavement UK'. Own place charity fundraising You pay full event place cost when you register and there is no minimum fundraising requirement.
