Learning outcomes You will: Identify the importance of helping children find ways to express themselves and their feelings. Experience creative ways of helping children and families. Gain a deeper understanding of the theories of loss and grief in relation to children. Develop your self-awareness in relation to loss, grief and bereavement, and the impact of a child’s death on you as a professional. Gain information about Child Bereavement UK and other support organisations, and resources available. Cost: £45 We encourage prospective participants to consider their own experience of loss and how it might affect them during training. Our training is not usually suited to anyone who has suffered a recent, significant personal loss or bereavement.
