We are looking for a personable volunteer who will enjoy working on a variety of fundraising projects such as helping to create fundraising initiatives and packs to engage new supporters and encourage existing ones, and helping to secure new support from corporates, groups & associations and individuals. The role involves plenty of research and planning which are both vital in terms of securing sustainable multi-year income. You will work in conjunction with the fundraising team to raise funds that support our work helping bereaved families. The successful candidate will receive a weekly agenda and a daily virtual morning briefing meeting to help support you in your role.

Terms: The hours are flexible, ideally working 1 or 2 full days per week.

Based: Home based.

Key activities:

  • Every day will be different. You will work on a diverse portfolio of fundraising activities to help support our vital work.
  • You will research relevant and up-to-date information online to support with the development of new campaigns and improving existing fundraising activities.
  • You will help to improve processes and develop fundraising materials.
  • You will support data collection and take a full part in the evaluation of new fundraising products.
  • You will be involved in strategy and update meetings via zoom.
