This 1 hour webinar will provide an insight into our learning from bereaved parents about the impact of a child’s death on the family, and what parents tell us they need.

Learning Outcomes

You will:

  • gain an understanding of the impact of the death of a child from the parent’s perspective
  • gain an overview of the potential challenges of grief within the parents’ relationship
  • develop awareness of what parents may need when grieving the death of their child
  • gain information about Child Bereavement UK, other support organisations and resources.

We encourage prospective participants to consider their own experience of loss and how it might affect them during training. Generally speaking, our training is not usually suited to anyone who has suffered a recent, significant personal loss or bereavement.
