When talking about loss, death and grief, many people worry that they will say the wrong thing. Is it best to say nothing at all? What if the person gets upset?

Learn more about grief and how to feel more confident when talking to others about death and grief in a supportive, safe environment. This will include signposting to resources and support from Child Bereavement UK.

  • Consider possible barriers when having conversations about death and grief.
  • Develop an awareness of what bereaved people might need.
  • Learn more about Child Bereavement UK support and resources.
