Distance: 50-60KM & 4,500m altitude | Registration Fee: £150 | Fundraising Target: £3,000

Back by popular demand, Child Bereavement UK and CHX challenge you to take on the incredible Alpine Challenge: 3 Peaks in 3 Countries in 3 Days!!

This event is a unique challenge taking on three mountains in three countries (France, Italy and Switzerland). Ending each day in utter luxury in the chalet having reached altitudes over twice as high as Ben Nevis!

No technical mountain experience necessary and we will be hiking all the way to the three summits, which means all you need is determination, an enjoyment of the outdoors and a good level of fitness.

Over the three days you will cover c. 60km and ascend approximately 4,500m in altitude which from trail head to summit is almost exactly the same as climbing Kilimanjaro, without the lottery of high altitude. The main difference is we will do it in 3 days, not 6! Weather permitting, our likely Peaks will be Testa Della Tronche in Italy (2,581m, 8500ft), Tete Ronde in Switzerland (2700m, 8,900ft) and Le Brevent in France at 2,525 (8500ft).

You will be responsible for carrying your own day pack including snacks, lunch and water, but we return to the chalet each evening to relax, enjoy a well-deserved meal prepared by our chef, and to celebrate the day with a glass of wine.

What is included?

  • International return flights from London to Geneva
  • Transfers upon arrival and departure and local transfers
  • 4 nights in 5-star chalet accommodation on a twin room basis (single supplement may be available)
  • Guiding costs
  • 3 meals per day plus wine and beer in the chalet
